从创意到创新:公平感知与齐美尔联结的作用

摘要
个体创新包括创意的产生与实施两个阶段,随着创意新颖度的提高,其被实施的概率可能会降低。借鉴公平理论与社会网络理论,本研究考察从创意产生到创新实现的条件;具体而言,该过程可能会受到基于公平感知的个体意愿与基于齐美尔性质的联结的个体网络能力的影响。基于197份员工与其直接主管的配对数据的实证结果表明,与那些拥有较低公平感知与较少齐美尔联结的个体相比,那些拥有较高公平感知或较多齐美尔联结的个体更有可能将他们的创意转化为创新成果,而那些同时拥有较高公平感知与较多齐美尔联结的个体最有可能将他们的创意转化为创新成果。最后讨论了该研究的理论贡献和实践启示。
