摘要
<正>近年来,对慢性脑缺血的研究不断深入,创建并不断改进了慢性脑缺血的动物模型,在其病理学及行为学改变方面获得了一系列的实验和临床证据,为探究慢性脑缺血致脑损伤的机制及临床治疗措施奠定了基础。我们系统介绍了慢性脑缺血的概念、动物模型、脑损伤机制及治疗等方面的实验性新进展。1慢性脑缺血的概念及其动物模型的改进1.1慢性脑缺血的概念慢性脑缺血是由各种原因引起的
