随着新技术的发展和运用,当下的新闻研究需要引入新的研究视角和理论工具来处理新闻与技术的关系。科学技术研究(STS)日益成为对新闻研究产生重大影响的理论范式,在这一STS转向中,尤以行动者网络(ANT)最受新闻研究者青睐。本文简要回顾了ANT的形成与特征和它进入新闻研究的过程,总结了该理论在新闻研究中的应用情况,并对理论的不足之处有所分析。对研究新闻业中的技术问题来说,ANT依然是值得探索的新领域,但它只是起点,并非终点。
