生产国际化与中国就业波动:基于贸易自由化和外包视角

摘要：

本文基于世界投入产出数据库提供的中国(进口)非竞争型投入产出表和就业数据,测算了1995～2009年中国总就业和分技能就业情况,并利用结构分解法着重考察了贸易自由化和外包这两个国际化因素对中国就业增长的影响。研究结果显示:1995～2009年中国总就业和分技能就业均有较大增长,其中最终产出扩大,特别是出口扩张是就业增加的主要驱动因素,劳动投入系数降低是抑制就业增加的主要因素,外包总体上不利于中国就业增加。分产品类别来看,对于低技术含量产品生产部门,其生产国际化效应主要来自出口份额扩张。而对于中等技术含量产品生产部门,其生产国际化效应主要来自外包扩张。分劳动群体来看,低技能劳动者受生产国际化的冲击最大,中等技能劳动者受到正的较小冲击,高技能劳动者受到的冲击可以忽略。
