异丙酚/瑞芬太尼全静脉麻醉与七氟醚吸入麻醉诱发老年苏醒期谵妄的对比

摘要：

目的探讨异丙酚/瑞芬太尼全静脉麻醉与七氟醚吸入麻醉诱发老年谵妄的对比临床评价。方法将该院收治的65～84岁老年患者分为全静脉麻醉组(TIVA组)和七氟醚吸入麻醉组(SEVO组),分别麻醉后采用麻醉苏醒期谵妄(ED)分级量表(DRS-R-98)、疼痛行为评估量表(FLACC)、麻醉后治疗监测时间等评估患者麻醉效果及ED发生情。结果 SEVO组ED的发病率(38.3%)比TIVA组(14.9%)高(P=0.018);SEVO组的DRS最大值(44)较TIVA组(35)高(P=0.006);SEVO组患者的FLACC评分较TIVA组高(P=0.033);TIVA组喉罩通气移除时间和平稳睡眠较SEVO组长(均P=0.044)。结论 65～84岁老年患者进行斜眼治疗术采用全静脉麻醉发生苏醒期谵妄概率较低,可改善麻醉后患者的症状。
