油菜素内酯在植物生长发育中的作用机制研究进展

摘要
油菜素内酯是一种十分重要的甾醇类激素,参与调控了植物多方面的生长发育过程。近几年,研究人员结合遗传学、基因组学、蛋白质组学和细胞生物学等方法,使油菜素内酯的研究取得了显著进展。主要针对油菜素内酯在促进植物细胞伸长、细胞分裂、生殖发育、植物光形态建成、植物抗逆性及向性生长等方面的分子机制研究进行了综述,以期为相关研究提供参考。
