摘要：

加速康复外科(ERAS)强调在围术期通过应用一系列完善的治疗措施, 加以优化组合而产生协同作用, 以尽量减少手术患者各种生理及心理应激反应。ERAS目的在于加快患者术后的恢复、缩短住院总时间、减少住院总费用、提高术后患者生命质量等。ERAS包括微创外科、麻醉管理、合理的术后管理等措施, 其中麻醉管理非常重要。
