中药代谢研究的现状与展望

摘要：

综述中药代谢的研究对象、研究方法和研究内容,指出目前中药代谢研究多集中于单一活性成分,而对中药单味和复方的代谢研究较少。建议在深入研究单一活性成分体内代谢的同时,应适当加强有效部位、单味药材和复方中药的研究,同时也应开展中药活性成分结构与代谢相关性以及中药代谢影响因素的研究。
