<正>他汀类药物是内源性胆固醇合成限制酶——三羟基三甲基戊二酰辅酶A(HMG-COA)还原酶抑制剂,该类药物以其有效的降脂作用广泛应用于临床。近年来,随着人们对他汀类药物的深入研究,发现其还具有降脂以外的其他作用,并且其降脂外作用日益受到广大专家、学者的重视。因此,他汀类药物在临床治疗中的作用和地位日益显现。本文就其临床应用的多效性综述如下。
