摘要：

骨质疏松性骨折是中老年常见的骨骼疾病, 也是骨质疏松症的严重阶段, 具有发病率高、致残致死率高、医疗花费高的特点, 给患者、家庭和社会造成了沉重的负担。骨质疏松性骨折的规范化诊断及治疗对临床工作和健康中国战略均有重要意义。骨质疏松性骨折诊疗指南(2022年版)由中华医学会骨科学分会制订, 在2017年版的基础上进行更新, 主要更新内容涉及骨质疏松性骨折的定义、流行病学、常见部位骨质疏松性骨折治疗策略、抗骨质疏松药物及其对骨折愈合的影响、再骨折防治、围手术期管理等多方面。采用推荐意见分级的评估、制订及评价(Grading of Recommendations Assessment, Development and Evaluation, GRADE)分级体系和卫生实践指南报告标准(Reporting Items for Practice Guidelines in Healthcare, RIGHT), 遴选出骨科医生最为关注的21个临床问题, 最终形成21条循证医学推荐意见, 旨在提高骨质疏松性骨折诊疗的科学性和先进性, 提升"面向人民生命健康"的医疗服务质量。
