摘要：

<正>脑卒中是脑血液循环障碍引起的脑功能损害,其中缺血性脑卒中是最常见的脑卒中类型,占总患病人数的80%[1]。中国急性缺血性脑卒中诊治指南指出,改善缺血区血流灌注是治疗缺血性脑卒中的核心,而侧支循环是改善脑血流灌注的重要途径之一[2]。有效的脑侧支循环的开放和建立,可以明显增加脑梗死区血流灌注,改善预后,降低病死率及出血转化风险[3]。因此,如何构建良好的脑侧支循环而改善缺血性脑卒中患者的预后,是目前研究的热点。本综述就脑侧支
