帕金森病脑多巴胺转运体的核素显像与综合评分量表研究

摘要
目的探讨帕金森病脑多巴胺转运体核素显像(DAT-SPECT)的诊断价值及其与帕金森病综合评分量表(UPDRS)评分之间的相关性。方法采用脑DAT-SPECT与UPDRS评分相结合对30例早中期帕金森病患者及10例对照组进行评定。结果DAT特异性摄取于纹状体区浓集;PD患者纹状体区脑DAT特异性摄取与对照组相比明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0·01);PD患者脑DAT特异性摄取与UPDRS相关因素分析可见:PD患者纹状体区DAT特异性摄取率与患者运动功能评分呈可疑负相关(P=0·0895)。结论PD患者DAT-SPECT为诊断PD提供依据,并可作为判断病情和预后的标志。
