肠屏障与肠源性内毒素血症

摘要：

机体在感染、外伤或应激状态下会引起肠道功能障碍, 肠黏膜屏障损伤是危重患者常见的病理生理过程, 肠道是严重感染、组织缺氧缺血时受影响最早和最严重的器官之一, 肠道损伤后导致大量菌群易位, 从而引起肠源性感染、肠源性内毒素血症及肠源性脓毒症。胃肠屏障功能障碍与危重患者的预后密切相关。本文具体论述正常肠道屏障功能, 胃肠功能障碍, 外伤、应激对肠屏障功能的影响, 及菌群和内毒素易位对机体的影响和预防与治疗。
