摘要：

炎症性肠病(IBD)是慢性特发性肠道疾病,包括克罗恩病和溃疡性结肠炎。近20年来,中国炎症性肠病发病呈增长趋势,随着中国临床医生对炎症性肠病越来越重视,其流行病学、诊断、治疗、基础科学研究等方面的认识有了长足的进展。然而,未来仍然面临很多挑战。文章就中国IBD的发展历程、目前的现状、进展进行阐述。
