摘要：

以合法性作为理论框架,研究了创业者的不同先前工作经验与获得风险投资之间的关系,以及风险投资者的行业经验在该关系中所起的调节作用。研究结果显示,创业者先前的行业经验和管理经验会积极影响其获得风险投资的大小,而风险投资者的行业经验会调节它们之间的关系。
