本文首先回顾了自恋型领导的内涵和行为特征,发现自恋型领导是指领导者的行为动机源于利己的需求以及自大的信念,分析了自恋型领导的前因变量,发现自恋型领导主要来自领导的自恋型人格,同时,社会文化和组织结构对自恋型领导也有一定的影响。之后,本文探讨了自恋型领导的影响效果,包括对领导决策、下属信任和非伦理行为的影响,指出了自恋型领导在组织中有个人利益高于集体利益、不体恤下属等消极结果,也有工作动机强和创新意识较强等积极作用,自恋型领导对组织业绩的影响还需要进一步的检验。文中还提出了对自恋型领导进行防范的五项管理对策,并对自恋型领导在我国未来的研究方向进行了讨论。
