高密度脂蛋白在动脉粥样硬化相关免疫和炎症反应中的双重作用

摘要
高密度脂蛋白通过减少细胞因子释放、粘附分子表达、抑制白细胞迁移至动脉壁、中和脂多糖的细胞毒作用、抑制巨噬细胞的抗原提呈功能而抑制炎症和免疫反应。高密度脂蛋白中的载脂蛋白AI、J、M及相关分子鞘氨醇磷酸胆碱等在其中起重要作用。高密度脂蛋白因此而成为组装参与免疫和炎症反应的蛋白平台。而冠心病人高密度脂蛋白的组成和性质发生了改变,促进炎症反应。关注高密度脂蛋白的不同性质,利用它的抗炎、抗动脉粥样硬化一面,可预测和防治冠心病。
