基于嵌入视角下知识网络中的知识流动研究

摘要：

从知识嵌入特性入手,分析了知识网络中知识流动的主要类型:关系嵌入型知识流动、结构嵌入型知识流动和文化嵌入型知识流动。这些抽象的知识流动类型主要通过技术合作、人才流动、专利、技术秘诀的转让、市场调查以及非正式交流等具体的方式进行。由此,提出建议:要促进知识网络组织内的知识流动,政府应提供政策与制度支持,企业应该加强自身的知识接受能力并与企业、大学等科研院所等组织展开多层次合作互动。
