摘要
综述了国际上关于果汁含量检测和果汁鉴别技术的研究进展,主要包括针对加水、加糖(或糖浆)、加酸、加果渣提取液、加价格便宜的其他果汁等果汁掺假手段的检测,为开发适合我国国情的相关技术提供参考。
