摘要：

抗菌肽是指存在于生物体内能抵抗外界微生物侵害,消除体内突变细胞的一类小分子多肽。自从Boman从天蚕蛹中分离出抗菌肽cecropin后,已在多种生物体内发现并分离出多种不同类型的抗菌肽,按其结构可分为4类。抗菌肽对微生物具有广谱抗菌作用,但其分离和合成的成本昂贵。用基因工程方法生产抗菌肽是将其大规模应用的有效手段,其中巴斯德毕赤酵母是最有效的表达体系之一。
