京津冀地区青年流动人口幸福感影响因素分析

摘要：

本文基于京津冀地区流动人口动态监测调查数据,考察青年流动人口幸福感的基本状况及个体异质性特征表现出的幸福感差异。通过构建序次逻辑回归模型,从经济、社会、心理三个层面选取指标,分析各因素对青年流动人口幸福感的影响。研究发现:流入地区差异、教育程度、流动距离对幸福感有显著影响,而性别、年龄、户口、流入时间则没有显著性影响。在经济社会心理因素中,反映经济影响的工作收入对青年流动个体幸福感有显著正向影响,社会地位与社会比较的影响较弱,喜欢城市、愿意融入城市等心理因素与幸福感提升密切相关。
