制造企业服务化、产品技术创新与组织变革

关于服务化驱动因素的研究是近年来的热点主题,研究认识到服务化是一种商业模式的创新,会带来企业组织结构的变化,但现有研究忽视了产品以及技术创新在服务化战略中的作用。本文依托2012年和2019年全国范围内对工业制造企业进行的问卷调查所获的大样本数据,分析服务化的驱动力问题,将产品、技术创新以及组织变革3组变量置于同一个框架体系进行实证检验。尽管两个年份的检验结果略有差异,但整体上可以认为技术创新是驱动服务化的主导动力,这在一些具体服务行业部门中表现得尤为明显,但组织变革对企业服务化战略的影响在诸多行业部门并未得到充分证实。
