摘要：

文章回顾了国内外旅游非正规就业的研究文献,梳理了背后的研究脉络,构建了一个非正规就业的进入分析框架,提出了研究假说并进行了验证。文章以青岛和烟台的旅游非正规部门为例,利用第一手调研资料分析了旅游非正规就业群体的人口学特征和满意度,最后根据分析结果,提出相应的政策建议。
