抗令创新与团队创新绩效关系研究——建言行为和工作自主性的调节作用

摘要
抗令创新对创新绩效的影响近年来日益受到关注。在分析抗令创新行为影响创新绩效机理的基础上,基于国内45个团队207位知识工作者的调研数据,实证检验了团队成员的抗令创新行为对团队创新绩效的影响,并进一步探讨了团队成员的建言行为和工作自主性的调节作用。结果表明,团队成员的抗令创新行为能够提升团队的创新绩效,而且这一正向关系随着团队建言水平的提高而得到增强。此外,团队的工作自主性能够强化团队建言水平对抗令创新行为与团队创新绩效的促进作用。
