摘要：

从自用、共享和存储这3种偶遇信息利用形式着手,对有关偶遇信息利用(即用户对偶遇到的信息的利用)的研究文献进行系统梳理,总结偶遇信息利用的研究现状,指出其不足之处,并针对不足之处分析在偶遇信息自用、共享与存储方面未来可能的研究趋势。
