围绕国内外有关h指数及其衍生指数的优点、缺点、有效性和应用等方面的研究进行综述,指出了h指数的应用潜力、局限性以及在利用h指数进行学术评价时需要注意的问题,以期为h指数的研究和合理使用提供科学、系统的理论和方法。
