<正>肛瘘是一种常见的肛周疾病,在西方国家,每1万人中的发病人数为1.2～2.8个[1]。在肛瘘的治疗上,手术治疗仍然是目前最佳的选择。复杂性肛瘘的手术根治与术后肛门括约功能的矛盾仍是一个棘手的问题,随着人们对肛门解剖及盆底功能的认识,越来越多的学者提倡肛瘘手术的微创理念,在根治肛瘘的同时,最大限度地减少肛门括约功能的损害。将肛瘘的微创手术方法综述如下。1纤维蛋白胶封堵术
