HPLC法测定复合维生素注射液(13种)中4种脂溶性维生素的含量

摘要
目的:建立HPLC法同时测定复合维生素注射液(13种)中4种脂溶性维生素的方法。方法:采用固相萃取法,分离4种脂溶性维生素,色谱柱Inertsil ODS2 C18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-甲醇-二氯甲烷(80:10:10),检测波长:265nm,流速:1.0ml·min-1,柱温:30℃。结果:维生素D3、维生素E、维生素K1及维生素A的线性范围分别为:0.82~1.2μg·ml-1(0.999 6),1.65~2.48 mg·ml-1(0.999 8),240~360μg·ml-1(r=0.9997)及0.16~0.24 mg·ml-1(r= 0.9995),平均回收率为100.7%(RSD 1.2%),101.5%(RSD 1.9%),100.7%(RSD 1.1%)及99.3%(RSD 0.9%)(n=9)。结论:方法简单、快速、重复性好,可用于该该剂的质量控制。
