<正>过去10年,大数据已成为涉及复杂大规模数据集研究方法的常用名词。大数据是指无法在有限时间内用传统计算机技术和软硬件工具对其进行感知、获取、管理、处理和服务的数据集合,一般具有规模性(volume)、高速性(velocity)、多样性(variety)、准确性(veracity)和价值性(value)等特征[1-2]。理论上,所有与医学及健康相关的数据均可称为健康大数据,其大小和类型没有限制。最初应用于健康领域的大数据包括患者报告数
