主要科技领域国际权威奖项规律及其驱动因素分析

摘要：

科技强国是科技领域知识发现与创新能力强的国家,而科技领域国际权威奖项无疑是衡量国家间科技领域知识创新水平的重要指标。为对主要科技领域国际权威奖项全貌有一个客观、系统的认识,本研究选取主要科技领域权威的、具有影响力的22项国际性科技奖项,以学科领域、获奖年度、获奖成就、获奖者国籍与机构、获奖者家谱及出版物等作为研究维度,重点分析获奖者国别与获奖领域的横向分布,发现世界主要国家,尤其是美国,稳居获奖量高位且领域分布均衡,而我国与之相比差距显著。进而,为对其内在机制进行深入探讨,纵向对比主要科技奖项获奖国家在其他典型科技指标上的表现,虽然我国进步趋势显著,但主要获奖国家呈现明显领先优势。最后,结合科技奖项奖励制度及定量结果提出针对性建议,以期为我国加强相关科技领域的重大创新研究的科学决策和战略布局提供重要参考。
