摘要
环境内分泌干扰物是近年认识到的一类严重危害人和动物的生殖和免疫功能的环境污染物,多氯联苯(PCBs)既是持久性有机污染物,又是典型的内分泌干扰物,单个PCB同类物、PCB商品混合物以及PCB的代谢产物都具有内分泌干扰活性,可从激素的合成、转运、结合、代谢和反馈调节等多层面干扰雌/雄激素系统、甲状腺激素系统等多个内分泌系统的功能.本文详细评述了PCBs内分泌干扰活性及其机理研究的新进展,并提出了今后应加强研究的几个主要方面.
