欧洲委员会的“评估食物声称科学证据的程序”(PASSCLAIM),包括了食物健康声称的评估程序、方法和标准。为给我国食物健康声称的循证过程提供依据和参考,介绍PASSCLAIM中的循证概念、过程和要点。
