低氧诱导因子-1α、存活素与脑缺血耐受

<正>预先给动物轻微、短暂而不至于引起神经元死亡的脑缺血刺激,可激发机体产生内源性保护机制,提高脑组织对后续较严重缺血损害的耐受能力,减轻脑组织损害,此现象为脑缺血耐受。涉及凋亡、热休克蛋白(HSP)、兴奋性氨基酸、腺苷、炎症和氧自由基,以及信号传导通路等的变化。对缺血耐受进行研究,有助于阐明机体对缺血性损害的内源性保护机制。低氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)在缺氧状态下可以激活下游目的
