壳聚糖包衣对杂交水稻种子发芽和幼苗耐盐性的影响

摘要
用 1.5 %壳聚糖和 1.5 %壳聚糖 +10 m mol/L脯氨酸 (Proline)包衣处理两个杂交稻品种“汕优 10”和“二优培九”种子 ,包衣和未包衣种子分别在 H2 O、 5 0 mmol/L、 10 0 m mol/L和 15 0 m mol/L的 Na Cl溶液中在 30℃下发芽 ,并测定种子发芽率、淀粉酶活性、幼苗耐盐指数、耐盐比率及幼苗脯氨酸、可溶性糖、果糖和蔗糖等相容性溶质含量。结果表明 ,壳聚糖包衣处理后可以提高在清水或盐胁迫条件下杂交水稻种子发芽率和β-淀粉酶活性 ,降低盐胁迫条件下水稻种子α-淀粉酶活性。在盐胁迫条件下 ,随着 Na Cl浓度增加 ,壳聚糖包衣和未包衣处理的杂交水稻种子α,β-淀粉酶活性均明显下降。壳聚糖包衣处理后还能提高杂交水稻幼苗耐盐指数和耐盐比率 ,增加杂交水稻盐胁迫后幼苗脯氨酸、可溶性糖、果糖和蔗糖含量 ,说明壳聚糖包衣处理后可以提高杂交水稻幼苗耐盐性。但在壳聚糖中添加 10 m mol/L脯氨酸包衣处理对杂交水稻种子发芽和幼苗耐盐性的增效作用不大。试验还表明 ,杂交水稻汕优 10幼苗耐盐性强于二优培九
