中药茯苓化学成分的研究进展

摘要：

综述了2005年以来茯苓化学成分的研究情况,共计报道了从茯苓中分离得到的58个化合物,包括萜类37个、甾体类2个、多糖类11个、蛋白质1个和7个其它类别化合物。认为茯苓的化学成分研究以三萜类、多糖类化合物为主导;同时茯苓中活性蛋白质的研究是一个值得注意的新方向。另外建议将三萜单体和总多糖联合作为茯苓的含量测定指标,并需对其相应的测定方法进行建立与完善。
