淡漠症与神经损伤

摘要：

淡漠症是一组因动机缺乏导致目标导向性行为减少的神经精神科综合征,广泛见于外伤、脑血管病及各种神经变性、退行性病及精神科疾病。对神经损伤的定位研究及相关的认知功能评定提示额叶皮质及基底节区的损伤可能与淡漠症发生有关。额叶-基底节神经环路功能异常可能是淡漠症发生的机制。
