真实型领导对新生代员工创新行为的影响:内部人身份感知的中介作用

摘要
如何激发新生代员工的创新活力是学者与管理者关注的重点话题。从内部人身份感知视角出发,研究了真实型领导与新生代员工创新行为之间的内在机理,在此基础上检验了角色宽度自我效能感的调节作用。以303名新生代员工为研究对象,结果表明:真实型领导对新生代员工创新行为具有显著的正向影响,内部人身份感知部分中介了真实型领导与新生代员工创新行为之间的积极关系。结果进一步证明当员工角色宽度自我效能感越强时,真实型领导以及内部人身份感知对新生代员工创新行为之间的积极关系更显著。
