创业者行为研究文献综述——连接创业者个体因素与创业过程及结果

摘要：

研究首先界定了创业者行为的定义,从时间、性质、层次等方面厘清其内涵。基于当前既有研究内容,划分出创业者行为研究的主要发展阶段与各阶段特征。介绍了既有研究中对于创业者行为的测量方式,进而指出不同类别创业者行为的效应、前置因素与过程,介绍创业者行为的相关理论,分析既有研究对创业实践的启示,最后总结出当前既有研究中存在的不足并提出未来的研究机会,并构建出创业者行为的研究分析框架。
