核磁共振波谱法在多糖结构分析中的应用

摘要
多糖由于结构复杂使解析结构非常繁琐和困难,使对各种多糖的深入研究受限。核磁共振波谱法(NMR)是解析物质结构最有效的手段,近年该技术的发展也很迅速。本文综述了一维核磁共振(1D-NMR)和二维核磁共振波谱法(2D-NMR,包括COSY,TOCSY,ROESY,NOESY,HMQC,HSQC与HMBC)在多糖结构分析中的应用。这些技术可以提供如多糖的单糖组成、单糖残基间的顺序、单糖残基在糖苷键中的位置、环状结构的类型和糖苷键的构型等许多信息,成为分析多糖结构不可缺少的工具。
