卒中后痴呆的预防和治疗

摘要
卒中后痴呆发病率高, 疾病负担重, 预防或延缓其发生和进展十分重要。近年来, 针对血管危险因素进行干预、坚持饮食管理以及功能锻炼等生活方式调整已被证实能在一定程度上预防卒中后痴呆。胆碱酯酶抑制药、谷氨酸受体拮抗药等药物在延缓卒中后痴呆和血管性认知损害的发展方面发挥着重要作用。文章就卒中后痴呆的预防和治疗最新研究进展进行了综述。
