<正>髋关节置换术是治疗多种晚期髋关节疾病最有效的方法,全世界初次全髋关节置换术(total hip arthroplasty,THA)的数量正逐年增加,随之而来的是髋关节翻修术的数量逐步增多。2005年美国髋关节翻修术数量为40 800台,预计到2030年将增至96 700台,增长率137%[1]。随着我国关节外科技术的不断进步以及接受全髋关节置换患者数量的逐年增长,各种原因导致全髋关节置换术后失败需要翻修的患者数量也在同步增加。髋关节翻修术是关节外科医生面临的挑战之一,手术难度大,持续时间长,出血量大,感染风险高。如何完美地完成手
