摘要：

综述近年来超临界流体萃取、微波提取等技术与优化设计在提取中药有效成分方面的应用。优化设计主要有正交设计、星点设计、Box-Behnken设计、Doehlert设计等,这些方法能最大限度地提高中药有效成分的提取率和药材资源的利用率。因此,在中药现代化的进程中,将提取方法与优化设计结合应用是一条有效的途径,有待深入研究。
