组织创造力与组织创新绩效:战略导向的调节效应

摘要
组织创造力作为组织创新的前提和知识基础,影响着组织的创新绩效。本文基于创造力与创新理论、战略导向理论,分析了组织创造力与组织创新绩效之间的关系,分别探讨了市场导向、企业家导向对组织创造力与组织创新绩效关系的调节效应。利用269家有效企业问卷,进行实证研究,结果发现:组织创造力正向促进组织创新绩效,企业家导向有效的加强组织创造力与组织创新绩效之间的关系。
