基于共词网络的我国中小企业管理研究现状与趋势分析

摘要：

采用共词网络分析方法,对近10年国内中小企业管理的代表性研究进行文献计量分析,通过绘制知识图谱和知识网络图,可视化地分析展示中小企业管理领域的研究结构,并预测未来研究的发展趋势。研究结果表明:目前国内中小企业管理研究包括家族企业治理、企业内部管理、企业成长、技术创新与产业集群、企业融资与财务管理、企业创业管理、政府职能7个研究主题群,其中"企业成长"是最重要的研究主题;创新能力、融资、信息化和网络化等21个知识点是知识网络的连通点,是知识点融合、学科内创新发展的"桥";创新和学习、集群、社会网络等13个知识点的控制力和影响力较强,是未来研究的热点。
