开放式创新对企业研发效率的影响——基于高技术产业面板数据的实证研究

摘要：

全球化背景下,开放式创新模式正被越来越多的企业所采用,它既可以通过互补效应、激励效应、学习效应、替代效应等提升企业研发效率,也可能因为依赖效应、适应效应等而降低企业研发效率。运用随机前沿分析模型(SFA),基于中国高技术产业分地区的面板数据,实证检验了开放式创新对企业研发效率的影响,发现这种影响是正向的,企业规模越大、知识吸收能力越强,这种正向影响越明显;与国有企业相比,这种正向影响在三资企业中体现得更加充分。
