<正>腹腔镜辅助保留幽门胃切除术(laparoscopy-assisted pylorus preserving gastrectomy,LAPPG)作为一种保留胃功能的微创手术,不仅具有创伤小、疼痛轻、恢复快等腹腔镜手术的优势,而且降低了术后倾倒综合征、胆石症等的发生率,有效地改善了患者术后生命质量,逐渐被认为是治疗早期胃癌的有效术
