摘要：

[目的/意义]旨在探讨突发事件中公众应急信息搜寻行为影响因素,以期完善应急信息服务,提升突发事件中公众应急信息使用效率。[方法/过程]通过深度访谈收集40名受访者应急信息搜寻行为的相关数据,基于扎根理论对资料进行开放性编码、主轴编码和选择性编码。[结果/讨论]分析得到90个初始概念、20个范畴、6个主范畴并聚焦为3个核心范畴,在此基础上构建突发事件中公众应急信息搜寻行为的影响因素概念模型,能够在一定程度上揭示突发事件中公众应急信息的需求和搜寻趋势。
