<正>吞咽是人类赖以生存的最基本生理活动之一,据统计健康成年人每天大约吞咽800~2400次。吞咽过程看似容易,实际涉及复杂的神经肌肉整合,除肌肉的力量外,还包括口、咽喉与食管肌肉活动的协调性、时序性,黏膜感觉和不同的生理反射,只要其中一个或多个因素受损均会导致吞咽障碍,卒中、脑外伤、头颈部肿瘤放化疗后、神经退行性病变和
