自身免疫性甲状腺炎实验动物模型的研究进展

摘要
自身免疫性甲状腺炎(AIT)是一种常见的器官特异性自身免疫疾病。目前,AIT发病机制还不明确,阻碍了新的有效治疗方法的研发,AIT动物模型的开发应用是AIT研究的重要手段。AIT的动物模型方法主要有异源性甲状腺抗原免疫法、脾细胞体外活化移植诱导法、重组促甲状腺素受体(TSHR)多肽免疫法、cDNA疫苗免疫法、高碘诱发法及自发性模型。通过对其动物模型研究进展进行讨论,旨在建立一个经济、有效的动物模型,以求进一步系统研究自身免疫甲状腺病(AITD)的发病机制及防治。
