技能高中还是普通高中?——中国农村学生的教育选择

本文基于CHIP数据,同时考虑样本选择偏差和教育变量内生性的基础上,应用Heckman样本选择模型估算中国农村高中教育溢价。结果表明:控制了样本选择偏误和教育内生性后,接受技能教育的劳动者的平均年收入高出接受初中教育的劳动者的1.88倍。普通高中教育的溢价并不显著。进而提出政府应加大技能教育投入,加大补贴力度,同时,匹配技能教育生存软环境,使得农民上学有望、就业有路、致富有术的政策建议。
